Hasbro Building, Albany
A 3500 sqm design build distribution centre completed in October 2001 for Hasbro Australia Ltd. To facilitate the development the developer took over Hasbro’s remaining 4 year lease term of the warehouse to the rear of their new property, with Hasbro effectively providing a surrender payment to the developer.
Keeling Road, Henderson
An existing Industrial property constructed in 1975 and purchased by Finstar in early 2003. A new 8 year lease was renegotiated with the sitting tenant allowing for an external makeover and an internal office refurbishment. The property was sold in September 2003.
